Efes juke box is a juke box designed by Halil Doğramacı and Taha Bilir. The purpose of this design is to encourage the participant to recycle.
The difference from a classical juke box is that it works with a finished beer bottle instead of money. When the participant places the empty beer bottle into the machine, the machine gives the participant a credit so that she/he can play the song she/he wants.
This machine, whose physical and software design was completely made by two designers, was put into use at Salon İKSV.
